Blue brand new regulations:

2. Engine (diesel) displacement: no more than 2.5L (no more than 3.0L for refrigerated vehicles).
3. Internal width of cargo compartment: no more than 2100mm (no more than 1800mm for dump truck).

The rear cargo compartment of a light truck with a total mass of more than 3500kg shall adopt a multi-layer compartment grid structure (except that the maximum distance from the bottom plate of the cargo compartment to the top of the compartment grid is less than or equal to 1500mm); The layout of the laminate (refers to the plane that runs through the whole cargo compartment and is parallel to the bottom plate of the vehicle cargo compartment, and physically divides the cargo compartment into one or more spaces) shall be uniform, reasonable and non removable.
6. The rear wheel of dump truck shall adopt single tire structure, and the total length of the vehicle shall be less than or equal to 5000mm.
7. Except for dump trucks, the chassis of dump trucks shall not be used for ordinary rail type, van type, warehouse grid type and flat truck.
8. For the light truck products newly declared and announced, the material, thickness, weight and other parameter information of the cargo compartment shall be added.
In other words, according to the requirements of the new regulations, if the blue brand warehouse grid car wants to be licensed and on the road in compliance, it must comply with two technical specifications:
One is that the height of the cargo compartment is more than 1.5m, and a non removable laminate must be installed in the middle, as shown in the following figure:
The other is that the height of the cargo compartment is ≤ 1.5m, and there is no need to install a laminate in the middle:
However, according to relevant research, there is no new blue brand warehouse grating in many auto cities. Why?
In fact, before the implementation of the new regulations, that is, the proportion of the old warehouse grid car in the market was still very high. There are two main reasons. One is that it can load many types of goods. The other is that it has an advantage over the van in terms of vehicle weight and loading capacity, so it has been called "all gold oil".
After the implementation of the new regulations, the advantages and disadvantages of these two types of warehouse grid vehicles are very obvious:
1. Height of cargo compartment > 1.5m, with laminate:
Advantages: the height of the cargo compartment is high and the loading space is larger. For example, the transportation of lvtong or livestock is not affected by the laminate, but more convenient;
Disadvantages: limited floor height, difficult loading and unloading of large goods; In addition, after installing the laminate, the self weight of the vehicle will increase, and the quantity of goods that can be loaded when transporting lvtong and other goods is limited.
2. Height of cargo compartment ≤ 1.5m, without laminate:
Advantages: better control of vehicle weight; There are more types of goods to be transported and higher degrees of freedom;
Disadvantages: the volume of the cargo compartment has shrunk significantly.
Therefore, after the implementation of the new regulations, no matter which one of the new warehouse grid cars is inferior to the old warehouse grid cargo compartment, they are more or less limited. Those owners who are used to the old warehouse grid cars are estimated to be unwilling to choose the new warehouse grid car for a while.
