Lvtong, as its name implies, is the "green channel", which refers to the free channel specially opened for vehicles transporting fresh agricultural products in the high-speed section. Since December 1, 2010, all toll roads in China, including toll bridges and tunnels, have been included in the green channel for the transportation of fresh agricultural products.

However, in reality, not all vehicles transporting fresh agricultural products can enjoy the green link policy. There are some restrictions here:

1. Legal loading of the whole vehicle.

Vehicle loading means that the fresh agricultural products loaded on the vehicle account for more than 80% of the approved load mass or compartment volume of the vehicle, and there is no mixed loading with non fresh agricultural products. Those that fail to meet the loading standards or are mixed with other goods cannot enjoy the "green link" policy.

2. Never overload.

Although the relevant departments have made great efforts to control vehicle overload, many car owners have been overloaded more or less for various reasons, but for green traffic, once overloaded, a toll will be charged, so it must be resolutely eliminated.

3. The vehicle transportation qualification is complete.

If you want to transport lvtong goods, you must apply for the driver's license, driving license, road transportation license and qualification certificate of road transportation practitioners before starting the transportation, otherwise you can't enjoy lvtong free.

4. Confirm that the goods belong to the green list.

This should be noted in particular, because the green list is not invariable, and the implementation standards in different provinces are also different. In addition, some fresh agricultural products that look like lvtong but are actually not lvtong are often mistaken for lvtong. In fact, they are all ordinary goods. Once these goods are transported, you still have to pay the toll.

Which goods are often mistaken for green goods?

1. Virgin fruit. That is commonly known as "small tomato" and "small tomato". Although tomatoes do belong to lvtong goods, virgin fruit does not belong to lvtong. Before January 1, 2020, many cities will also include the virgin fruit in the supplementary list of agricultural products and can enjoy the green pass discount. However, since the provinces and cities uniformly implement the catalogue of fresh agricultural products, the virgin fruit will not be in the catalogue.

Similar to Cherry Tomatoes, the abolition of the local supplement is also provided by dolls, jackfruit, durian, Pleurotus abalone, letinous edodes, Artemisia annua and so on.

2. Oatmeal. Some city also call it "lettuce", though it is a very common green vegetable, but it is not in the range of green pass. This leads to the transport of oats with a toll of over 1000 yuan. Similarly, there are bamboo shoot tips, and car owners also need extra attention.

3. Sweet root vegetables. This kind of dish is not very common in the north. Its shape is very similar to that of radish, but it is shorter and rounder than ordinary radish. The root skin is also purplish red and has a strong sense of wildness. If you cut it, its pulp is pulp red and its texture is somewhat like tree rings.

There has been a case before: a car owner transported a load of sweet root vegetables from Yunnan. Because he didn't know it, he thought it was radish. Unexpectedly, he was stopped by law enforcement personnel at the toll station in Guizhou. He not only needs to pay the toll in full, but also faces the punishment of "counterfeiting lvtong".

4. Fructus aurantii. It is also called "lime". It looks green and looks like an immature orange, but it is thicker than the orange peel. It looks like a fruit. In fact, it is a kind of medicinal material, and it is not in the lvtong list. Therefore, card friends must not be careless when pulling oranges or oranges. They must check carefully.

5. Rattan pepper. The picking period of fresh rattan pepper is short, and it is easy to deteriorate if there is no subsequent processing within 48 hours. The freshly picked rattan pepper used to be a fresh agricultural product in many provinces, such as Sichuan and Chongqing. However, since lvtong unified the national standard, it no longer enjoys the high-speed green discount.

In addition, we also need to pay attention to those goods that can be green and not green, such as fresh corn and dry bract rice ears; Cherry is green, cherry is not green; Chicks are green, hens are not green; Chinese cabbage is green, baby vegetable is not green; Fresh peanuts are green, dry peanuts are not green, and so on.

Although the transportation of lvtong goods can enjoy free discounts, there is still a saying in the industry that "if you are poor and die, you will not pull the roll, and if you are tired and die, you will not pull lvtong". In addition, there are some problems, such as low freight, high timeliness requirements, common car pressing and deduction, high cargo loss, different implementation standards and so on.

It is not easy to transport lvtong, so it is more critical to select the right models and accessories. In particular, lvtong's goods are generally expensive.
