matters needing attention:

● the air chamber push rod and sealing ring shall be kept clean and free from damage.

● the extension of the sealing ring of the air chamber from the end face shall not be less than 3mm, and the initial installation length of the push rod of the air chamber shall be 15 + 0.5mm, otherwise the air chamber shall be replaced.

● if a single air chamber is installed, there are no 2 ~ 5 steps.

● in case of air source, it is recommended to install the air pipe first, fill the parking brake chamber with air pressure > 6bar, release the parking brake and install the air chamber.

*In case of air supply, it is recommended to install the air pipe first, fill the parking brake chamber with air pressure > 6bar, and then release the parking screw and take it out.

matters needing attention:

① It is forbidden to disassemble or assemble the air chamber parts because there is a strong spring in the double air chamber parking brake chamber.

② After the air chamber is installed, check whether there is interference and whether the moving space after the brake pad is worn is reserved.

③ After the gas pipe is installed, the air tightness, service braking function and effectiveness of the air chamber and air circuit must be checked.
