3. The total mass limit shall not be reduced for trailers equipped with tires with a nominal section width of not less than 425mm and their automobile trains, and for trucks equipped with tires with a nominal section width of not less than 445mm on the drive shaft.

4. When the driving shaft is double tires on each side of each axle and equipped with air suspension, the total mass limit of 3-axle and 4-axle trucks will be increased by 1 ton respectively; The driving axle is a 4-axle articulated train with double tires on each side of each axle and equipped with air suspension, and the distance d between the two axles of the semi-trailer is ≥ 1800mm. The total mass limit is 37 tons.

5. There is no train type in the legend, and the corresponding total mass limit shall be determined according to the provisions of external dimensions, axle load and mass limit of automobile, trailer and automobile train (gb1589-2016).

For the behavior of exceeding the limit of the overall size of vehicles and goods, it will be promoted in stages and steps according to the unified deployment of relevant national departments; Before the deployment, the overall dimensions of vehicles and goods will not be tested at the entrance of the expressway.

I calculated an account for 6x2 and 6x4 online. Even according to the new regulations, the profits of sports cars with these two models are almost the same. The reasons are as follows.

1. Because the dead weight of 6x4 is one ton higher than 6x2, the two phases offset, and 6x4 is only 2 tons more than 6x2.

2. Take Shijiazhuang to Shenmu as an example. For a one-way trip of about 600 kilometers, 6 * 2 is better than 6 * 4, and the fuel consumption is saved by 2-4 liters per 100 kilometers, which can save about 100-150 yuan. For an empty car to Shenmu, a round-trip 6 * 2 is better than 6 * 4, which can save about 250 yuan. According to the current freight of 120 yuan per ton, the fuel money saved by 6 * 2 can offset the freight of more than 2 tons per 6 * 4!

3. In terms of purchase cost, 6 * 4 car body has one more drive shaft than 6 * 2, so the purchase cost of 6 * 2 full car is 20000-25000 yuan lower than that of 6 * 4. If the purchase cost of 6 * 2 car is 25000-35000 yuan lower than that of 6 * 4 in loan installments, the purchase cost of 6 * 2 car is about 30000 yuan lower than that of 6 * 4 on average!

4. In terms of maintenance, 6 * 2 is more convenient than 6 * 4, and saves the cost of a drive shaft.

5. For the heavy toll of expressway, 6 * 4 charges three tons more than 6 * 2. It is still calculated based on 600 kilometers. Assuming that there is a 30% high-speed probability, it will save 720 yuan for round-trip 6 * 2 at 2 yuan per kilometer.

Therefore, the profit gap between 6x4 and 6x2 is very small. The extra 3-ton weight limit of 6x4 tractor feels more like reducing the operation gap between the two models and giving car buyers more choices. After all, the trafficability, stability and safety of 6x4 are slightly higher, and the dominance of 6x2 is not conducive to the development of truck manufacturing industry.
